Business Planning for Voluntary Organisations

With local authority funding drying up, more and more voluntary organisations are having to find other ways of financing their activities. This may be by developing paid services or by seeking grants from the Lottery or other sources. In almost all cases the  organisation needs to produce a business plan and financial forcasts. We recently produced a business plan for a leading and long established voluntary organisation. It  looked at ways in which it could increase income for its community building and activities carried on within it, The plan indicates the income which could be generated from each type of activity. and distinguishes between those wehere marginal increases in income could be genereated as compared to those which could make a major impact on the viability of the organisation. This helps the management team to focus their efforts on areas which are likely to have maximum impact. If your organisation has similar issues to address than please contact us. We will be happy to help.
